To improve our ticketing and billing support, we’ve integrated Harmony Lists billing and ticketing system with our EMWD counterpart. This synchronization means you experience enhanced service efficiency, particularly our Mailman customers.

Our new server monitoring suite allows us to detect and rectify issues proactively, ensuring uninterrupted service. This integration grants us real-time insights, allowing us to communicate and address potential disruptions promptly and efficiently.
Email Delivery Monitor Service:
We're developing a custom email delivery monitor service, emphasizing optimal email delivery rates and solidifying our dedication to streamlined, reliable communication. These refinements were pivotal, allowing us to uphold a high IP reputation and enhance our overall customer service experience and improve email delivery rates.
Introducing Rocket Chat:
We are providing a new private team chat option. Pricing Adjustments:
In light of recent advancements and due to incremental costs from our infrastructure providers, we’re adjusting our pricing to $8.00 per list, per month starting October 1. These adjustments are essential to maintaining our high support levels and continuing service enhancements.
Payment Method Update:
Following USPS recommendations, we will only accept payments through credit card or PayPal, discontinuing the acceptance of checks. For assistance regarding these updates, please open a ticket, and a representative or I will be happy to help.
