Dear valued customer:

This email is a reminder that your shared server is scheduled for downtime on February 10 at approximately 11:00 PM EST to perform necessary software upgrades.

Based on our prior testing, we expect this process to take about an hour for each server.

None of your data will be moved or transferred in this process, the server's IP addresses will not change, and your login credentials for CPanel, WordPress, email, FTP, and any other services will be the same as before the upgrade.

We apologize for any inconvenience this scheduled downtime may cause, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these essential software upgrades to maintain our hosting environment.
