Unfortunately, we were unable to perform the scheduled server upgrades as planned over the weekend. Specifically, there was an issue attempting to snapshot the server before upgrading and we did not want to proceed with an assured restore option should an issue occur. We are working to resolve the issue with that backup process so we can confidently proceed with the planned upgrades.
Assuming the issue is resolved in time, the new scheduled downtime for your shared server will be this Friday (February 16) at approximately 11:00 PM EST.
Again - none of your data will be moved or transferred in this process, the server's IP addresses will not change, and your login credentials for CPanel, WordPress, email, FTP, and any other services will be the same as before the upgrade.
We apologize for any inconvenience this scheduled downtime may cause, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these essential software upgrades to maintain our hosting environment.
