Planned Server Upgrade

Dear valued customer:

Your shared server is scheduled for downtime on February 10 at approximately 11:00 PM EST to perform necessary software upgrades. Based on our prior testing, we expect this process to take about an hour for each server.

We will take a snapshot backup of the server instance before starting to prevent data loss in the event the upgrade does not go as expected. None of your data will be moved or transferred in this process, the server's IP addresses will not change, and your login credentials for CPanel, WordPress, email, FTP, and any other services will be the same as before the upgrade.

Because of the delay in processing these mass notifications in our support system we will not be providing real-time updates during the process, but if for some reason we need to abort and reschedule we will send another notification.

We apologize for any inconvenience this scheduled downtime may cause, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these essential software upgrades to maintain our hosting environment.
